Things happen in our lives.  Some are happier, some not so happy.  We have the choice to see our life as a sequence of tragedies and pain, or we can look at it as a sequence of life lessons which provide us tools for being better people and successfully helping others.  The  presentation was about how Susana chose to use her life experience to help others, and the secret to start seeing your life in a more positive way.
