These recipes are written in a way that makes it possible for people with brain trauma (stroke, concussion, or TBI) to start cooking again, the same way the recipes in the series of cookbooks: “Cooking after Brain Injury: Easy Cooking for Recovery” are written.
The recipes are listed in order of complexity, with the blueberry-banana being easiest to make. They contain only fruits and cacao, so they can be safely given even to toddlers.
